For those Canadians selling their house during the winter, Paul Rushforth provides a couple tips to keep buyers interested. 1. Keep your driveway and steps clear of snow all the time. Especially right before a showing. 2. Provide extra mats at the front entrance for those wet and dirty boots.

It's already difficult as it is when selling in the winter time, try to avoid simple mistakes that give the wrong impression to buyers.

Frank Napolitano explains that this is the first time in a long time we are seeing a low rate of 4.89%. We have another Bank of Canada announcement coming up towards the end of January, and the industry is itching to see what the announcement holds. There may be a possiblity of rate decreases as soon as January, and if not, hopefully in April.
